While making sure the next sub is ready to roll in, and everyone falls in line in a sequence.- Run subcontractor meetings with Superintendent and discuss/schedule with the subs, open submittals and pending or new RFIs as well as safety concerns, contract requirements, scheduling concerns and contract management.- Conduct all safety orientations for Davisreed subcontracted employees ensuring they understand the site specific hazards. - Walk with the special and city inspectors throughout the project, while having the subcontractors QA QC there work prior.- Create daily reports and submit to Superintendent, PM and Owner to show job progress.- Maintaining and scheduling rental equipment, and all site supplemented or self performed labor to meet the needs of the project.
