I am a leader, communicator, and evaluator committed to fostering healthy rural communities, supporting young people, and advancing reproductive justice. For the last several years, I have been working to offer people the information they need to make their own decisions about their health and well-being...from teaching yoga, to educating about sexual health, to promoting agricultural safety. I believe that a foundation of consent, respect, autonomy, and identity is crucial for navigating the challenges we grapple with in our interpersonal relationships and broader society. Across my efforts, I apply data-informed decision-making, community engagement, justice frameworks, and my lived experiences navigating rural health care as a disabled and chronically ill person. Outside of work, I am probably baking, reading, birdwatching with my partner, Matt, or hanging out with our very cute cat.
