Hello, my name is Devon Chase and I am a Compliance Officer working for the state of Georgia. I graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University in May of 2023, where I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Policy with a concentration in Economic Development. I began an internship for the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity in January of 2023, where I was responsible for guiding complainants through the process of filing employment discrimination complaints against private organizations. I was later promoted to Compliance Officer in May of 2023, where I am now responsible for investigating public sector complaints for the state of Georgia. As a certified EEO investigator, it is my job to uphold federal non-discrimination employment statues and ensure that equal opportunity is granted to all employees regardless of their race, sex, pregnancy, disability, color, national origin, religion, or age.Thank you for visiting my profile.
