Responsible for ensuring appropriate inventory is immediately on hand to meet the needs of multiple surgical suites and locations in one of Intermountain Health Care’s busiest hospitals. This position requires extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to prioritize assignments and tasks, flexibility with unanticipated changes, and strong interpersonal skills and computer skills. My expertise and work ethic ensure I am frequently asked to serve as back-up when the department’s supervisor is out-of-office. Daily responsibilities include receiving, labeling, stocking and delivering supply carts, floor supplies and equipment to correct locations as needed for specific procedures; monitoring, ordering and restocking the hospital’s surgical distribution center using inventory-control software; maintaining storerooms; processing and reconciling charges for hospital-based par level areas; and documenting daily productivity statistics.

This position is accountable for coordinating the tasks of all warehouse functions, including ensuring an appropriate inventory to meet Par level benchmarks for all relevant locations, picking, staging, and delivery of supplies, restocking of the warehouse, and documentation of daily productivity statistics that meet the needs of facility. This position may lead the activities of others within the materials management department and may serve as a back-up in the absence of the supervisor.

This position is responsible for receiving, processing and delivery of packages across the campus of Weber State university. Daily process included data entry, sorting packages and delivery of packages. From time to time operation of forklift was necessary. Operation of large vehicles were necessary for the job.

This position is responsible for prompt customer service, sales, correct setup of skis/snowboards for rentals, repair of snow equipment, inventory management, training of new employees and snow removal. Certification of different manufacturer's ski bindings was required.
