Built comprehensive leadership dashboard allowing us to track progress for onboarding and easily create team assignments with that data, including daily GEMBA readout. Automated the majority of the manual processes the team was completing, reducing labor required by approximately 63%, while maintaining our goal of onboarding 90% of merchants within 4 days. This allowed us to restructure the team's priorities from the full onboarding of local merchants to strictly resolving high level escalations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.Facilitated a successful Japan launch by mirroring processes and resources for our team as well as vendor workflows and training US-based and in-country team members as well as the in-country leadership who took over team post-launch.

Responsible for reviewing and analyzing all customer-submitted store and menu errors for all restaurants on the platform to find trends indicating menus errors, or to find opportunities to optimize menus and for merchants to increase their restaurant sales. Helped to optimize the workflow and efficiency of the data review and created all tracking and reporting processes. Ran the first org-wide productivity contest based on a point system applicable to all processes.
