Attorney Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Current• Assist the Talent Acquisition team, office Managing Shareholders, and Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral shareholders, lateral associates, and alternative track attorneys, with primary focus on law student recruiting.• Serve as the focal point for the on-campus recruiting process by preparing materials, scheduling callback interviews, following up with attorneys, and coordinating appropriate communication to candidates.• Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Summer Associate program in the Sacramento, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley offices, including coordinating training, sourcing work assignments, compiling evaluations, planning social events, and other duties associated with the summer program.• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback on prospective candidates.• Assist in drafting/updating job postings. Review and process resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports when necessary.• Manage and update applicant databases with relevant information and prepare offer letters.• Interface effectively with candidates or legal search firms, provide candidate correspondence, and submit background check requests.• Generate search firm fee agreements and set them up with access to our recruiting website.• Assist Talent Acquisition team by networking and partnering with law school career services offices to reach law students.• Assist the Talent Services Manager with onboarding of new staff and attorneys, which includes preparation of new hire packets, running background checks, completing I-9 verification, scheduling orientation trainings, etc.• Manage the annual associate performance review process for Sacramento, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.• Perform additional recruiting and administrative tasks as required.• Member of the SacFunSquad who plans and coordinates events for the office every month.
