Program Supervisor
CurrentUnder the general supervision of the Program Director over Child and Family Services, program supervisors supervise and coordinate the activities of therapist, case managers, peer supports, and interns in identifiable components of service delivery within their specific program. Program Supervisors are responsible for assuring the implementation and delivery of services to individuals and their families in keeping with the principles of recovery, self-determination and resilience and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with generally accepted standards of clinical practice. Program Supervisors are responsible for embodying and promoting a positive organizational culture and actively promoting program specific, agency wide and community wide collaboration to assure a comprehensive system of care for individuals and families. Duties:Supervise program implementation of operational policies and procedures.Orient, train, and coach staff according to agency and departmental processes and standards.Conduct probationary and annual performance evaluations.Assess and monitor staff knowledge and skills related to job duties and responsibilities and develop performance improvement plans as necessary.Provide and document individual and group administrative, clinical, and reflective supervision.Assist staff in developing professional development plans.
