My job is asking the right questions and absorbing information quickly and patiently to solve technology challenges. After that, I can use what I learn to help everyone be more proactive, preventative, and confident. I'm an introverted team player, which aside from describing my oxymoronic tendencies, means I am both a people person and independent brainstormer. I enjoy a workplace where I can endeavor to build an inclusive and energetic atmosphere that knows the value of positive people. I have almost a decade of experience helping others make sense of technology. I've worked in primarily service based roles with an intentional focus on end-user, customer, and consumer based support. I have gained valuable hands-on experience in several areas, such as TCP/IP networking involving troubleshooting DHCP and DNS issues, utilizing RDP and Hyper Visor for virtual server management, Exchange server administration tasks such as mailbox permission adjustment via PowerShell, VoIP maintenance for Verizon OneTalk post implementation, and utilizing Active Directory for user account administration, OU management, and GPO management. I am interested in gaining the necessary skills for working with cloud computing architecture, network engineering, and cybersecurity analysis. I'm currently on working on achieving my A+ certification to work towards these goals.I grew up reading sci-fi and fantasy stories, drawing DBZ characters, and video gaming like my life depended on it. Nowadays I spend my free time hanging with my partner and our 2 cats, lore hunting in Destiny 2, or melodramatically attempting to rediscover my childhood passion for art. I also enjoy building PC's and am hoping to get into building custom keyboards soon!
