As an IT Direct Placement Account Manager at TEKsystems® in the Metro-Detroit area, I partner with top IT Professionals to align their career goals to client opportunities in the local Metro-Detroit market. I am responsible for building client relationships, understanding the local labor markets and consulting with clients to implement the most effective talent attraction and retention strategies. My role focuses on identifying permanent IT career opportunities and IT professionals specifically seeking permanent positions. Our organization places nearly 3,000 highly skilled IT professionals in direct placement opportunities each year.
