I also lead electrical and battery hardware New Product Design (NPD).

I manage a team of electrical engineers that design manufacturing test systems for Tesla's global EV and energy production. The team solves problems with our own ground up technology to help meet the world's demand of mass scale EV production.

I build manufacturing test systems as part of Tesla's R&D department. I lead full product (subassembly and top level) test specifications/coverage and write software to orchestrate test execution. My team creates in-house solutions to Tesla's most challenging and business critical test problems (i.e. vehicle/energy batteries and power electronics). I believe in making engineering decisions rooted on first principles and bringing modern technology to manufacturing.
