As the lead software engineer, I co-ordinate, direct and participate with the engineering team to deliver quality feature implementations for our Fitness creator management platform.

I returned to my previous team to help lead them in their support of the marketing department. We implemented new site features and functionality including the front end implementation of a course catalog to facilitate user discovery and self service of the new offerings brought online during the pandemic. In order to increase my engineering involvement, I began sharing the team lead responsibilities with another individual.

Utilizing a combination of serverless functions and custom web services, we have constructed a multi ad network inventory management system. This has facilitated Varsity Tutors efforts to be at the forefront of the education space.

In this role, I helped lead a team through the extraction of our front end marketing pages from an aging monolith into independent services. This reduced downtime of our website to almost zero. My responsibilities also included mentoring junior engineers and growing the breadth and depth of the individuals and our team as a whole.

Maintenance and feature development for internal Ruby on Rails CRM tool

Designed and developed a modular and extensible system for managing and visualizing assets both physical and virtual in an easy to learn web-based application.Implemented the solution in multiple variants and industries including land titles, and burial park management.

Developed custom online booking system with synchronization to an existing patient management system for paramedical practitioners.Technical support and consulting for a diverse client base including non-profits, and medical practitioners.
