Create written and social media content for the nation's largest student-run philanthropy.

As a Junior Coach, I worked with a team of 3rd-5th grade girls each spring at local elementary schools. Using a 10-week curriculum based on Social Emotional Learning, our team of coaches helped program participants to build self-esteem and self-confidence while they prepare to run a 5k. The program concludes with a 5k run with participants from across the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Region. At the end of each of my three seasons as a coach, I had the pleasure of being asked to be a running partner for a participant as she crossed the finish line for the first time.

In this role, I worked alongside other Rules and Regulations Captains and Committee members to ensure order and event safety throughout THON Weekend 2024. I also served as the singular Family Relations Liaison for my committee, forming, communicating, and maintaining relationships with our paired family.

I instructed new swimmers -- from newborns to adults -- on water safety and basic swimming techniques. I built relationships with family members of students to encourage swimmer development within my lessons.

I was a member of The Stinger's staff for all four years of my high school career. I began as a staff writer, advanced to head News Editor, and ultimately ended up as Managing Editor of the paper my junior and senior years. In the 2022-2023 school year, I helped to lead the paper to a first place sweepstakes award in the high school division from the Keystone Media Association and Pennsylvania News Media Association. The same year, I also received four individual Keystone Media Awards from the Pennsylvania News Media Association.
