Developed an intergenerational creative writing program, covering basic skills, critique, and revision—culminating in an illustrated book, printed on Createspace.Directed a weeklong play-creation intensive between Ghost Ranch college staff and Española youth. Wrote, directed, and produced final-semester productions with students. Wrote and directed original one-act plays, performed by the students.Collaborated with two co-facilitators to guide nine youth ages 13 to 20 through a student-driven creative process featuring research-based activities, experiences and interactions.Developed touring public performance forums.

Managed a staff of twelve counselors in the daily operations of a weekly day camp.Coordinated between departments on the Ranch, and facilitated numerous groups (large church youth gatherings, theater workshops, community organizations).Took initiative in developing unique programs for the Ranch, such as Community Week, Youth Week, and the Moving Arts Play Creation Intensive.

Romblon, Mimaropa, Philippines

Integrated with and organized a rural Filipino community to establish a community museum, a library, a reading workshop for teachers, and ten collaborative murals in the center of town. Learned the Filipino Language, as part of a compressive education in Filipino Culture.Coordinated with the Philippine Educational Theater Association to provide a weeklong community-based theater workshop for twenty teachers from nine different island communities. Responsible for regular English as a Second Language education of students grades 9-12.Served on the Information Resources Committee, a team of six volunteers, revamping the Peace Corps Philippines website and reestablishing the goals of the committee to better suit online resources.
