Current>Consults Charter Business commercial customers by providing product and technical service information relating to high-speed Internet access, commercial video and other new commercial product lines>Contributes to the Company vision of being the industry leader in commercial customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork>Responds to customer inquiries regarding commercial products and services>Provides technical troubleshooting for commercial cable… Show more >Consults Charter Business commercial customers by providing product and technical service information relating to high-speed Internet access, commercial video and other new commercial product lines>Contributes to the Company vision of being the industry leader in commercial customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork>Responds to customer inquiries regarding commercial products and services>Provides technical troubleshooting for commercial cable modems, routers, fiber, video, and other commercial broadband products and services>Provides technical troubleshooting and consultation on commercial email, web and DNS services>Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customers' complaint and determining the cause of the problem; diagnoses general Internet related problems and recommends solutions; expedites correction or applies credit adjustment, notifies other departments or outside partners of need for resolution >Provides technical troubleshooting and consultation on LAN, WAN and VPN configurations for commercial customers>Coordinates with field and local engineering staff in identifying root cause of technical issues for both the customer's premise as well as Charter equipment>Creates and escalates individual and system outage trouble tickets for both the customer and the field>Coordinates with Account Executives on behalf of existing and potential customers regarding sales, added services, credits and payments>Maintains customer accounts; enters sales and customer information such as sales orders and processing advance payments promptly and accurately >Coordinates with customer to arrange installation or service date and times; places follow-up calls to customers to ensure installations and trouble calls were completed correctly and on time >Adjusts billing errors in compliance with established policy Show less
