I am a licensed professional counselor. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I primarily use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART produces quick, effective, and safe results in treating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, phobias, and substance abuse, to name a few. ART has been researched and proven effective with military personnel and first responders. One of the appealing aspects of ART for these two populations is that there is no need for details. Clients simply picture the images in their mind as they are guided through the process. “Keep the knowledge, loose the pain”. It is truly as simple as that.
