Assisted my group of processors on day to day duties. My group closed an average of 60 loans a month.

As in intern for Northwestern Mutual, I did the same work as a full time financial representative. My day would start with a morning meeting where we would set weekly production goals so we had something to strive for. Following this, I would contact 20-25 potential clients via phone call to set meetings with them. During these meetings with clients, I would first get to know them to find the best way I could help them to meet their financial goals. In a subsequent meeting, I would present to the client the financial vehicles that would best suit them to meet their goals.

As a cashier I had daily sales goals to meet. I also had the responsibility of informing members of special sales promotions. As a floor associate, I was charged with keeping our sales floor looking presentable and easy to shop for members. I took the initiative to become forklift certified. While certified, I would make sure that shelves were stocked in the even that they needed it and I would often take in shipments from suppliers.

I started as a server for this locally owned restaurant. While serving, I informed members of daily and weekly promotions and specials. It was also up to me to make sure that our dining room was clean and ready for customers. While serving, I thought it would help me to better serve our customers if I knew how everything was made in our kitchen. To make this happen, I request a few shifts in our kitchen. While in the kitchen, I ensured a clean environment while fulfilling orders.

I started here as a server. After about a year of working here I became a service trainer. My most important duty was to make sure that all of the other servers were properly trained and following our seven step service system. I would tasked with ensuring that all of the extra work, like table maintenance, was completed at the end of the shift.
