The Patient Care Associate functions as an integral member of a team on a patient care unit. The team provides patient care and supportive services that are directed towards patient care outcomes. Patients and their families will experience the benefits of patient focused care from all team members. Responsible for providing a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities as supervised and directed by the Registered Nurse/Patient Care Coordinator.
