• Serve as trusted advisor for senior cybersecurity leaders (CISO, Security Engineering Directors and Security Architects) to drive strategic business outcomes and create business value via the adoption of Microsoft.
• Senior cybersecurity technical resource for strategic accounts that collaborates with the account virtual team to create business value for customers.
• Drive positive customer satisfaction by creating feedback loops between customer and Microsoft product engineering teams to share insights, best practice, remove blockers and influence the product roadmap.
• Educate customers about the Microsoft end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust Security Architecture) with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security.
• Lead and support technical solutioning and nurturing for the customer through the planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization lifecycle.
