Responsibilities:• Serve as trusted advisor for senior cybersecurity leaders (CISO, Security Engineering Directors and Security Architects) to drive strategic business outcomes and create business value via the adoption of Microsoft Cloud cybersecurity solutions.• Senior cybersecurity technical resource for strategic accounts that collaborates with the account virtual team to create business value for customers.• Drive positive customer satisfaction by creating feedback loops between customer and Microsoft product engineering teams to share insights, best practice, remove blockers and influence the product roadmap.• Educate customers about the Microsoft end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust Security Architecture) with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security.• Lead and support technical solutioning and nurturing for the customer through the planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization lifecycle.• Deliver technical presentations & demos and propose high-level solutions to drive deployment & customer adoption.• Identify areas where customers can experience more business value via the adoption of Microsoft cybersecurity solutions.• Constantly work to help align personal and team/area skilling to customer needs.• Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer business outcomes.• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment.• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects, Microsoft Industry Solutions, FastTrack and partners in developing complex end-to-end and enterprise grade cybersecurity solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.• To help grow team and mature team capabilities, participate in interviewing cycles, and provide mentorship engagements to colleagues.
