CurrentI keeping facilities and equipment in top form by maintaining multiple locationsIn charge of post construction checks, single site verification, commissioning, site acceptance, testing and maintaining cell sites and edge and local data center installations•Evaluating our network coverage and finding ways to make it even better•Operate, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on cell site equipment in the wireless network•I Support and deploy CU-CP and CU-UP network functions using VMWare Telco Cloud Automation Platform; conduct tests and troubleshoot remote configuration issuesPerform single-site verification using EXFO tool to check VSWR, PIM, RET, and swap issues; identify faulty radios and ensure correct fiber connectionsCollaborate with microwave, transport, RF, and construction teams to troubleshoot integration, commissioning, and post-launch issuesMaintain accurate inventory records, submit regular reports, complete audits, and resolve network tickets within assigned SLAs with the Network Operation Center (NOC)Ensure compliance with DISH installation standards, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and provide input on process improvements and technical escalations
