A boutique personal & group training studio in which I operated within a team of personal trainers to deliver exercise training plans to the client base, often in one-on-one sessions but up to three individuals per 45 minute session. A strong focus on session intensity and a high quantity of exercises required team-members to manage time efficiently and communicate a large amount of complex information in a limited time.My time as a personal trainer ended here as the global pandemic of Covid-19 disrupted business operations within the health & fitness environment severely.

Crafted and operated a mobile personal training business wherein I travelled to clientele residences in order to provide personal training services. Designed and managed a website to direct traffic and generate client leads.

Sales & Contract consultant. Assisting members in identifying their needs and goals in respect to physical fitness and general well-being. Interacting with a broad range of personalities and backgrounds and using a suitable level of language to communicate complex concepts for a range of topics from specific contractual terms as well as anatomical, physiological, and psychological best practices.

My first employed role as a personal trainer. Employed by Tony Degraaf I was given the opportunity to craft a skillset in delivering high-quality personal and small-group training sessions in a boutique personal training studio located in West Perth. The suburb in which we were based suffered a significant financial impact due to the decline of the mining industry in the state which forced Evolve to close.During my time there I was privileged to be able to design and implement a large scale group training program structure focused on delivering a specific set of outcomes to a variable client base which allowed members to integrate seamlessly into any session and receive a unique product heightening enjoyment and client retention while offering quality exercise programming.
