Executive Account Director-Idn
CurrentDirectly Responsible Individual (DRI) for driving sales revenue through one of the organization's largest, most complex Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and post-acute facilities. o Sales Leadership: Builds, develops, and manages customer relationships at the senior level within assigned IDN to understand needs and decision timeline; indirectly leads sales teams, clinical specialists, and product divisions to execute a comprehensive business strategy; works closely sales leadership to identify opportunities to effectively delegate responsibilities while mentoring individuals to improve performance of the team; contributes to the team’s knowledge base through mentoring, training, participation in regional calls/meetings and setting up meetings with key leaders to maintain a strong understanding of the IDN's needsSales and Operational Excellence: Responsible for assigned IDN’s overall financial performance, growth and contract compliance; manages the quota, revenue and profitability margins of the business; works internally with management to elevate levels of service and customer satisfaction; plans, organizes, and runs monthly IDN team meetings focused on sales and operational excellence
