As IT Director/Project Manager of one of the Country’s leading multi-practice law firms, specifically known as the largest and most experienced construction practice in the United States, my primary responsibilities were to align technology vision and leadership with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies. I was responsible for all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization and provided direction in all technology related issues in support of information operations and core company values. In addition, I directed the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. Planned, executed, and finalized projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Deployed a Federated IT model, whereby each systems organization is linked to both the business and IT, providing joint ownership over outcomes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
