I started at the studio as a part of the operations team. I was responsible for purchasing, picking up and delivering production and studio assets to several different departments. As a Runner my daily tasks included covering the receptionist when necessary, keeping the studio stocked, assisting all departments and closing the studio at the end of each day. After four months as a Runner, I moved onto the production team of a stop motion television show that the studio is producing. I currently work as the Key Production Assistant on the television show. As the Production Assistant to the show, I maintain daily and weekly progress reports, prepare scripts and cue sheets for voice actor recording sessions, finalize animatic conforms for the production crew, provide the editorial staff and director with daily completed shots and keep necessary production documentation updated regularly.

I was the head of customer support from 2012 - 2014 for the SaaS tool, Freckle. Freckle has over 5,000 users and while head of customer I responded to daily customer concerns, questions and suggestions regarding the user of the software and the sale of the software. In 2014 I trained a new employee to join the support team and that person is now head of customer support. I continued to work within customer support and also ran weekly support team meetings while transitioning to a new position. After working as head of customer support I began focusing more on marketing campaigns to reduce customer churn and attract new customers I assisted the sales consultant by running webinars, conducting private tours and cold-calling customers. I wrote blog posts for the blog about new features, time tracking, and best work practices. I assisted in writing and planning new email marketing campaigns. I maintained and updated the Help Site on a regular basis and I wrote and recorded "how-to" videos for the Help Site. I also did administrative tasks within the office. I developed and maintained company documentation, both digital and hard-copy material and I scheduled team meeting to facilitate communication between the developers and the rest of the team.

I assisted segment producers and photographers with Delaware community news coverage while out on assignments. I scheduled interviews for the television news magazine, First. I wrote and produced a segment piece for the Wilmington Community News segment about a horse back riding therapy program in Wilmington, DE. I facilitated communication for a new enteral nutrition campaign between the marketing department and the advertising agency.

I created a marketing plan for a prospective product candidate which was presented to the entire Pharmaceutical Marketing Department. I updated the intranet with revamped product information for the sales team to utilize. I also researched potential product candidates that fit the product platform of the company.
