I am the main contact for the new specialty retail shoe store in Templeton called SLO Motion Shoes. I have been working the last few months to communicate with shoe vendors to set up accounts. The store has treadmill gait analysis and pressure analysis and we will help direct customers into shoes that will benefit their foot/ankle pathologies.

I manage the operations of the practice in the San Luis Obispo and Templeton office locations. I over view the patient schedule, organize my employees, set up insurance contracts, physician credentials, help operate Coast Ambulatory Surgery Center, and help with the flow of patient care.

I helped manage about 100 student employees at the Cowell/Stevenson Dining Hall focusing on customer service, food safety, and details of the dining hall. I was in charge of deposits, office ordering, uniform tracking, and employee contact information for our dining unit.

I surveyed multiple customers at different dining halls and retail location on the UCSC campus asking for suggestions, ratings, and comments and I would go to weekly meetings with key university dining staff member to improve in the food quality on campus. I helped educate students on food waste and the environment and how it relates to UCSC Dining.
