• Prepare SUN import files (journals) for all trading and overhead purchase invoices, employee expense claims and corporate credit card purchases for approval by SMA.
• Prepare BACS transfer file for GBP overheads payments.
• Save supporting documentation in appropriate directories as required by the document retention policy for Accounting
• Allocate payments against invoices in SUN Trade Payable accounts
• Prepare monthly management summaries of open items (including ageing).Accounts Receivable
