-Provide an overall HR operational service and solutions to Tianjin area B&I Units，including Staff and Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training and Development and Employee Relationship.-Work closely with business for workforce planing,initiate and modify local policy,process according to the requirements.Provide hr guidance and counsel to business to meet the business needs and ensure hr policy compliance.-Support area managers to stimulate their teams, develop their people and create the right cultures for the units,including setting communication channels,team buildings ,leadership training,people caring ,warfare improvement.

-Responsible for staff training, including training need survry ,analysis , impliment and eveluation.Improve the training policy ,establish internal lecturers team , line staff capabilities improvement project, to be a lectuer in team buliding ,communication courses.-Responsible for employee relations,including improve and amend the hr policy and process, establish communication channels ,people caring ,culture building , deal with labor disputes.

-Responsible for staff recruitment , labor contract management , leaving procedures;-Responsible for staff training,including training needs survey analysis,implement , evaluation and maintain SAP training datas.-Responsible for employee relations management, amend personnel policy and processes, improve communication channels , deal with labor disputes, carry out satisfaction surveys and corporation culture construction;-Responsible for performance management, operate SAP performance evaluation system to evaluate capacity, performance, attitude and combined with the results to develop annual promotion plan;-Responsible for temporary labor management
