Program management responsibilities included Antitrust, Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA), International Money Laundering, Kleptocracy, and International Fraud Against the Government for the FBI. Responsibilities included managing all the FBI’s Antitrust domestic and international investigations, training and education, resource allocation, and the auditing and managing of the $2.9 million Antitrust budget. Supervised all ICU Temporary Duty Special Agents assigned to Romania, Moldova, and Greece. Developed and initiated a new investigative methodology to proactively investigate Antitrust cases utilizing sophisticated techniques to identify and prosecute corporate collusion in the areas of bid rigging, price fixing and market allocation. This resulted in a 300% increase in investigation openings by ICU.Developed and delivered a unique interactive training program to international competition agencies around the world to include agencies in Australia, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Kuwait, Ireland, Egypt, Croatia, Chili, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Philippines, Romania, Moldova, and Korea. This program resulted in unparalleled cooperation with numerous international investigative agencies leading to signed Memorandums of Understandings as well as collaborative investigations, and training symposiums.

Assigned to Bucharest, Romania to investigate money laundering and corruption matters. Led numerous complex and discreet international multi agency investigations. Built lasting relationships with Romania’s National Anticorruption Directorate and Moldova’s National Anticorruption Center leading to unparalleled information sharing between the agencies, and serving as an FBI platform for all future investigations.
