I am a Social Worker with an emphasis in Systems theory to advocate for effective change. My background has been primarily in case management, mediation, and behavioral consultation services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. I provide ongoing training, mediation, and education to families, caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. I currently manage a team of Service Coordinators and provide in-depth training at an individual and organizational level. I have continued interest in working with non-profit agencies to assist with systems and program development, organizational development and management, and administrative change in order to ensure the best possible outcomes for agencies in the community, and to provide quality supports to individuals.
