I arranged, ordered and scanned files that were necessary to proceed in a timely manner. I also was part of a team that worked to produce a solution to the firm’s expenses that had been effected by Corona. This position allowed me to gain knowledge about different aspects of owning and managing a business such as Human Resources and accounting issues. I did this by following and assisting the owner through his day to day tasks.

I instructed children ages 4-8 in the basics of dance. My job required me to make personalized lesson plans for each groups specific needs to create the most effective learningenvironment. As a part of this role I mentored 40 students to help guide them through the competition team transition. I choreographed performance pieces and then generated a plan to maximize the time given for students to learn the dance. This job helped me to practiced professional communication by having conversation with parents regarding their child’s progression in the class. I facilitated costume distribution in a timely and organized fashion. Lastly, my ability to motivate students to confidently perform on stage for the first time was a vital element.
