As the Account and Human Resource Manager, I spearhead multi-million dollar government accounts receivable and payable, collections and bank deposits. I file and manage appropriate tax forms quarterly and annually as needed as well as process and deliver payroll, healthcare and retirement plans for stakeholders internally and externally. Additionally, I maintain and reconcile accounts of all companies held by the principle. In this capacity, my role is to develop and act as an administrator for secondary accounts for other real estate holdings of the principle.

I also prepared payroll of the department for review by the controller, maintained fee matrices from clients to ensure billing is done accurately and reviewed outgoing invoices for accuracy.

Collaborated with mortgagors and obtained their payoff and reinstatement from our clients, reviewed and paid the accounts payable and made calls for all outstanding receivables and prepared training manuals for employees to ensure their understanding of the department. In this role, I also conducted routine data quality checks, evaluated the performances my teams and prepared quarterly reviews, prepared and edited correspondence to mortgagors and our clients oversaw three different departments to ensure proper work flow and accuracy.
