With over 8 years of experience in sports administration, I am dedicated to creating exceptional sports experiences and opportunities for youth. My journey began as a multi-sport athlete, culminating in a collegiate swimming career at St. Bonaventure University. Post-graduation, I transitioned into coaching swimming, where I spent 4 rewarding years before moving into sports administration.Currently, I serve as the Executive Director for the New York State West Youth Soccer Association, where I develop and implement programs that foster youth participation in soccer. Additionally, I continue to engage in coaching as a US Masters Swimming coach with the Rochester Area Masters Swim Team. I cherish my time on the pool deck, helping adult members achieve their swimming goals and have fun.Sports have given me the opportunity to meet new people who eventually grow into teammates, whether on the field, in the pool, or in the office. My goal is to create inclusive and engaging environments that encourage athletes of all ages to thrive and develop a lifelong love for sports.

  As Executive Director for New York State West Youth Soccer Association, I develop growth strategies for programs to encourage participation and skill development. I collaborate with coaches, parents, and community organizations to promote soccer and ensure program success. My responsibilities include overseeing the scheduling and coordination of events, monitoring program effectiveness, and providing support to coaches, volunteers and clubs. I also collaborate to manage and create budgets for various programs and events, ensuring financial responsibility and efficient use of resources. Additionally, I engage in community outreach to increase awareness and participation in youth soccer.
