My role working in the Emergency Room has taught me to effectively assess patients' chief complaints and assist in providing appropriate medical care. I have learned hands on tasks such as performing vital signs, EKG's, phlebotomy, viral swabs, blood glucose checks and splinting, as well as the ability to think critically during emergent situations, all while maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients. In addition to these responsibilities, I have worked with the clinical educator to orient new, incoming PCT's.

Assisted with member check-in, completed new member registration, provided prospective members with a tour and information about the facility, effectively handled member issues, and became the interim service desk coordinator.

Cleaned, maintained, and disinfected all areas of the facility, washed, dried and folded laundry for gym, spa, and hospital suites within the building.

Assisted customers in the appropriate selection of pet supplies, evaluated and maintained inventory, maintained cleanliness of the store.
