Pratt's is a small engine sales and repair shop. It was started by my grandfather in 1993. I have been working off and on for the company since I was of age to work. At the current time, I am the sales manager. I handle all customer relations, sales, orders, inventory, receiving, and warranty filing. I have worked on the machines themselves, but I run the front of house right now.

When I started at Propak I was a pallet builder. We repaired wooden pallets for reuse. After a year I applied for the Floor Supervisor position. We I got the promotion I then was in charge of all the pallet builders and forklift drivers. I handled the loading and unloading of trailers, quality inspections, and training.

At Arc of the Ozarks, I was a Behavior Support Technician. I worked at home with clients. We helped distribute medications and money. We drove clients around to jobs or activities. At the end of the shift, we logged the details of the day for each client logging food, activities, behaviors, and improvements. This was one of the most rewarding positions I have had.
