Organize and coordinate Citizen Radio Patrol groups Operation. Coordinate with existing groups and recruit new groups. Verify that district patrol units are in compliance with rules and regulations. Assist staff in compliling a precint operation package for the district and section command which will include information pertaining to processing expenditures. Documents activity logs, hours and related duties. Assist staff in coordinating the DPD orientation program. Redeployment based upon crime analysis and statistics. Evaluates redeployment into determined areas.

Manages cameras throughout the facility, making sure all cameras are clear and visible; Conducts investigations regarding suspected incidents on property. Observes if any vandalism occurs at Bank of America ATM and Michigan based Bank of America Headquarters. Reports directly to Vice President of Protective Services, Security Manager, and 911 if such incidents transpired; Responds quickly to medical emergencies, bomb threats and fire alarms; Receives hourly check-ins of Front and Rear Pavilion Officer Posts. Places work orders for ADT and Facilities; Fills in post when requested by supervisor; Strong knowledge of Emergency Response; Dispatches patrols for alarm reset and client access; Files weekly paper work; Maintains log books.

Supervised and coordinated activities of ushers at entertainment events and directs patrons to area of seat location. Directed ushers in job duties and assigns to work stations.
