Lead research in Prompt-Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis, Dual-Gamma Analysis, and Multi-Gamma analysis in order to improve spectral parameters, regression results, and overall statistical analysis. This includes research and development in multichannel analyzers, scintillation crystals (NaI and Ge), radioisotopes, and regression algorithms.Design all software (Java, C#, C++) which interacts with multichannel analyzers to retrieve spectral data, perform complex statistical and regression techniques, and compile data into finalized form which operators and plant personnel can utilize.Develop and maintain SQL Server databases to store, modify, and provide data. This includes designing tables, stored procedures, and functions to maintain data as well as provide data interaction for end users.Manage over 20 customers from initial sales through the life of the equipment. This includes providing equipment documentation (installation manuals, O&M manuals, and safety manuals), assisting with installation, calibrating, and continuing support throughout the life of the equipment.Design circuit boards for system I/O functionality and heater control. I/O functionality includes building/programming circuits to meet customer requirements. Heater control boards monitor and maintain temperature inside detector enclosures in order to maintain spectral stability.Produce all equipment documentation from installation manuals to O&M manuals to radiation safety manuals.Design alarm systems from conception to production used to prevent large amounts of hazardous chemicals into power plants.
