Serve as the manager of internal communications while creating and delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and biannual messages company-wide. Serve as the communications liaison to a variety of departments throughout the company in order to learn and communicate their business. Contribute to the company's involvement in our communities and volunteer efforts.

Serve as a financial service representative while also being capable of completing teller transactions. Develop and retain long-term and profitable customer relationships to maximize revenue growth. Responsible for maintaining high customer service and procedural standards. Provide fulfillment of retail banking products either through referral based leads, prospecting lists or self-sourcing.

Marketing and Advertising for the University of Tennessee Extended Campuses and UT Online, Marketing through brochures, social media, website technology, creating surveys to distribute markets, as well as working at higher education events. Working with students on campus and off campus on a day to day basis, advise, prepare for school, and instruct on the technology of our program.Recruiting students who are interested in obtaining their college degree online. Public Relations work throughout our department.
