San Francisco nightlife producer, writer, and all around culture maker. I have been producing events in SF for the past 20 years, from dance parties to large scale galas. I have experience in nonprofits, fundraising, venue management, grassroots development, event production, artist/DJ/band bookings, and boutique style event experiences. I truly believe in the power of events to bring people together and create collective change by connecting with your community. Whether it is an intentional dinner in a tiny studio apartment or a free BBQ vinyl only outdoor daytime dance party, my goal is to create genuine connections with other culture makers. I am the co director of the Slamdance featured short film, Malaqueerche, co producer/director of the TV show BrownDownCrownTV, creator of the zine Another Day in Paradise, and a polaroid portrait photographer. I booked a community based arts venue for 8 years and now currently work as an event coordinator for a philanthropy organization. I received the 2021 Nomadic Press/San Francisco Foundation Literary Award for Fiction and was the recipient of the Winter 2021 Show Us Your Spins writing residency from Radar Productions/San Francisco Public Library. My next artist residency is at ATA Gallery in December 2024.
