Relationships are the lifeblood of successful businesses. I've used this belief to form strong working relationships that have helped me leverage SMEs and talent to innovate and improve processes, as well as positively influence culture. This has made WYDOT's Project Delivery team a well oiled machine, managing hundreds of projects successfully while building and maintaining a strong foundation of trust across various programs.Now that I've transitioned from Project Management to Strategic Planning, I plan to use this same belief to help shift the overall agency culture and focus in order to keep assets, recruit talent and recognize our stars. By focusing on people, WYDOT's brand becomes one that builds strong relationships both internally and externally with our customer- Wyoming's citizens and traveling public.
