• Help candidates through the onboarding process such as setting up interviews, complete background checks and reference checks.• Maintain a pipeline for 20 job postings for 11 sites in the US for over 13 managers.• Evaluate market conditions and develop conventional strategies on new ways to source for candidates within new job boards/forums• Create job descriptions and promote them through different job boards and social media pages• Strive to make 7+ placements a month with 15+ interviews setup a week.• Help expand Evolutions diverse footprint by setting up job fairs at Universities and hotels• Have weekly meetings with my team to discuss metrics and marketing strategies
