Devon Palmowski, Chief of Operations, joined ABC Management / The Orlean Company in January of 2015. Devon oversees 50 properties consisting of 6k +units throughout OH, PA, and DC. These properties are a mix of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, Student Housing, and Conventional. Primary focus has been on company culture, 3rd party management growth, and LIHTC rehabs. Devon has been in the Affordable housing industry for 26 years and had been involved in all aspects of affordable housing. Devon began her career in a mixed use with Mod Rehab, Metropolitan Vouchers, Project Based Section 8, and LIHTC at a 444 unit family property in Kent, Ohio in 1998. In 2002 she joined Associated Estates Realty Company where she was managing multiple projects and a LIHTC lease up of 2000+ units in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2008 PK Management obtained all of Associates Estates portfolio where Devon was then the Director of Compliance nationally for the company overseeing compliance for 8000+ units in 13 states. Devon’s essential role now at ABC Management is to ensure The company portfolio is operating as effective and profitable as possible within the budget, highly focusing on vacancy, delinquency and expenses.
