My role at Winfreight as System Integration Support , was to assist the Head of Integration in resolving complex tickets on Freshdesk , getting Integration Jobs setup for various stakeholders and ensuring a high-level of accountability and efficiency in my work across the board.Responsibilities:• Setting up of Integration Jobs.• Resolving of Tickets on Freshdesk to ensure SLAs were met on time.• Testing API Endpoints using Postman.• Creation and Maintenance of Winfreight Integration SQL Databases and Tables.• Assisting the Head of Integration in maintaining our In-House Integration Service.• Assisting in maintaining complex SQL Queries and Stored Procedures for Integration of Data across multiple Winfreight Systems: WMS, FMS, ePOD.
