As a Senior Fixed Income Broker With over 20 years of experience in facilitating trade between banks, I have developed extensive expertise in a broad range of products, including South African Government Bonds, Repurchase Agreements, Government Bonds, Treasury Bills, Deliverable and Non-Deliverable Forward swaps, and Cross-Currency swaps and derivatives across the sub-Saharan Africa region.In my current role as Head of Africa Division at ICAP, I manage a dynamic team while expanding our coverage to include Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Mauritius, Zambia and Botswana. My deep understanding of emerging markets allows me to effectively deliver both deliverable and non-deliverable forward FX, cross-currency interest rate swaps, NDS, and fixed-income products Government Bonds and treasury bills.My expertise spans spot foreign exchange and forward exchange contract broking in local markets, as well as spot foreign exchange broking for major and African currencies. I also have a proven track record in repurchase agreement (Repo) broking and fixed income broking for South African government bonds, BESA, and JSE, as well as for sub-Saharan African government bonds and treasury bills.I am dedicated to leveraging my knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to clients in emerging markets.
