Oversaw a Director Team of 15 highly motivated individuals joined together to develop 53 select first year University of Florida students as leaders, professionals, and individuals. This team prepared over 20 unique leadership presentations tailored to develop a professional individuality centered around an 'iron-sharpens-iron' mentality. Our Freshmen leaders were divided into five sub-committees consisting of around 10 freshmen participants each led by one of the 15 directors. Throughout the year they have the chance to serve on these sub-committees and create their own community events geared to tackle the local problems in the surrounding community of Gainesville.

Direct and mentor about 50 select freshmen leaders towards community service projects and with personal and professional growth workshops.

Contacted potential clients offering to create unique employee benefit packages for their companies. After developing a plan for potential clients I would meet with them and explain the concepts. With high success in signing clients I grew to learn how to establish and retain relations with clients and always keep growing.

Organizing and distributing various flower arrangements to customers in a timely manner while adapting to customer needs. Connecting with customers in order to ensure accuracy of delivery and their happiness with our product and service.
