Reliability Technician responsible for: • Vibration data collection and analysis; troubleshooting and rotating machinery diagnosis for assets involved in the Power Generation Process through utilization of the TRIO Vibration data and Machine Condition Analyzer. • Checking Diesel Generator (Wartsila 18V 46) alignment (vertical & horizontal) and providing feedback to Wartsila Representative using OptAlign Touch Laser Alignment. • Thermal Imaging for electrical components (switch gears, transformers, transmission lines) and rotating equipment, Using Flir T420. • Performing air and steam leak survey using Ultrasonic Technology (SDT 340) • Assessing Engine (Wartsila 12V46) mechanical performance and condition through utilization of Windrock A6400 Portable Analyzer. • Generating Work Request using Infor EAM. • Compile monthly Predictive Maintenance Exception Summary Reports. • Provide technical support to Reliability Engineer in resolving equipment using Pd.M. infrared thermography, ultra-sound and vibration to root cause.
