My role with AV Supply Group consisted of sourcing new sales opportunities in both the Pro AV and Cosumer market. This was through seeking out leads from online enquiries, through to cold calling and contacts gained at trade shows and word of mouth. I also worked at several trade shows, both in Melbourne and Auckland, and demonstrated products internally at our office in East Tamaki. Office based side of my role included being the first point of contact for on phone enquiries regarding orders, technical advice and shipping enquiries. Also processing and invoicing customer orders.

My role at Jacobsen was base in the retail showroom, as a retail sales consultant. This involved being the point of contact for walk in customers, as well as designers, architects and trade installers, along with assisting the Jacobsen commercial team in any projects. I was also involved in the showroom layout and set up of displays, as well as sample management. With my design knowledge I was able to advise customers with varied taste different options, as well as measure plans and quote quantities.

My role at Doolan Brothers changed over the years, beginning with working with the company when it was still Cock N Bull, working through a changeover of name between the two, and later a change of ownership.Main roles included: Opening and closing shifts, running the Facebook page, Liaise with third parties, cash ups and stock takes, while also controlling music and lighting throughout the change of services. I was also head of Health and Safety and was in charge of hiring and training staff, delegation of roles and customer complaints.Function booking and set up, as well as cash ups and stock takes were also included.
