As a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Swansea University, my passion for merging my love of surfing with my drive to innovate in sustainable product design has only grown stronger. My academic research focused on the mechanical properties of 3D printed rPET and PLA honeycomb structures, aiming to uncover their potential in surfboard manufacturing.Now, as a fully qualified mechanical engineer, I bring a comprehensive understanding of mechanical principles, problem-solving capabilities, and advanced design methodologies. I am keen to apply these skills to real-world challenges, especially in developing environmentally friendly products.Beyond the realm of engineering, I am an avid surfer, frequently riding the waves along the Welsh coast.
