I oversaw the sales process and customer satisfaction for the Seattle Sea Dragons, one of the league's teams. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to increase ticket sales, retention, and loyalty. I also managed the relationship with the ticketing platform, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for our customers. I have an eye for detail, excellent writing abilities, and a self-starter attitude. I'm proficient in all relevant technologies, such as CRM, ticketing, and analytics software.My previous work experience at the Seattle Seawolves Rugby Club and the E-Sports industry gave me valuable insights into the diverse and evolving aspects of the sports industry, from corporate and individual sales, to social media marketing, to event management.
