2013 graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.S. in Biochemistry and Biotechnology with emphasis in Biological Chemistry, minor in chemistry, and a minor in vaccinology. I’ve always had an interest in science more than any other subject, which is inevitably why I pursued a degree in biochemistry. In school my love for science blossomed into an interest in living systems. I decided to study biochemistry because of its comprehensive study of living systems as well as its extensive chemistry application. The chemical reactions of living systems are at the root of what fascinates me. Another reason why I wanted to pursue a degree in science, specifically biochemistry, was because of my interest in bio-pharmaceuticals. The two minors of vaccinology and chemistry allowed me to expand my knowledge on the subject of bio-pharmaceuticals. My personal ambition drives me each and every day to better myself in some way, shape, or form. Long term, I would like to make a career as an asset for a solid company striving for scientific advancement and excellence.
