CurrentMy duties include: Human resource duties, rewriting training documents, policy manual rewriting, business procedure writing, meeting planning, teaching rock climbing to children and adults, portraying enthusiasm towards rock climbing, running the till, various front desk tasks, set climbing routes, testing routes for quality and deciding whether or not to release them to the public, attending to injuries, public relations, opening, closing, cashing in and out, team leading, hiring, firing, training new staff, training existing staff, coaching climbing teams and programming, running summer programs, and general maintenance around the gym.
