Provide on-site technical maintenance, and operational support in the installation, integration, testing, troubleshooting and repair of Information Technology (IT) and Communications-Electronic (CE) systems, subsystems and equipment being used by the U.S. DOD and other Government agencies. As an Engineering Technician, I provide technical support services that included primary support for installation and integration efforts that include Network Reliability Upgrades for US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Units, and US European Command (EUCOM). Additionally, I supported the installation and integration of Intrusion Detection System (IDS) equipment and systems supporting the Naval Support Activity in Bahrain, as well as other end user CE and related systems and equipment. Support also included system and equipment fault isolation, maintenance and repair, testing, reporting, training, logistics and related installation and integration functions.
